We want you to be completely satisfied with your prehistoric discovery; if your specimen doesn't fit your collection, we offer a 30-day return policy for all museum-grade replicas and skeletons. Items must be returned in their original protective packaging to ensure the safety of the fragile components.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Claim

  Log into your account and select the order containing the skeleton you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Disassemble the skeleton according to the included guide and secure each bone in its original foam padding and reinforced shipping crate.

• 3.
  Ship to the Dig Site

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the crate and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our paleontologists verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
