Are these real dinosaur fossils or replicas?

We offer both. Our 'Museum Grade' collection consists of high-quality resin casts of original skeletons, while our 'Discovery' collection features genuine fossilized remains. Each product page clearly specifies the material and origin.

How are large skeletons shipped safely?

Large-scale skeletons are disassembled and shipped in custom-built, shock-absorbent wooden crates. We use specialized freight carriers experienced in handling fragile scientific artifacts to ensure your specimen arrives intact.

Do you provide certificates of authenticity?

Yes, every item purchased from Dinosaur Skeletons includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) detailing the species, estimated age, and geological formation of discovery.

Is assembly required for full-sized skeletons?

Yes, full-sized skeletons require assembly. We provide a detailed instructional manual and a labeled steel mounting kit. For our largest specimens, we offer professional on-site installation services for an additional fee.

What is your return policy for delicate items?

We offer a 30-day return policy. However, due to the fragile nature of our products, items must be returned in their original specialized packaging. A restocking fee may apply to large freight shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to over 50 countries. Please note that international shipments of genuine fossils may be subject to specific customs regulations and CITES permits, which our logistics team will help coordinate.
